## What is iClerk Clinic?

iClerk is a professional documentation aid for clinicians.

Record the patient interview with the patient's consent; iClerk transcribes it in real time with a medical speech model and drafts a structured clerking note — presenting complaint, history, examination, impression and plan — grounded in your own indexed clinical knowledge base.

When you add test results or a photograph to a consultation, the note is now rebuilt from the note as you currently have it — including any edits you have made — so changes such as a rewritten examination section are kept.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-20

Note style: you can now have your notes list only what was actually recorded, leaving out items that were not done. Choose your preferred style the first time you sign in, or change it any time in Settings — it applies to new notes, and existing notes keep the style they were written in.

Also includes a stability fix for app launch.

Reliability improvements: notes now save more robustly, including when offline.
Smoother history browsing.
Clearer formatting for laboratory results, with abnormal flags highlighted.
Add printed test results to a note by photographing the report.
