## What is IcloneU?

IcloneU is the intelligent communication platform that lets businesses manage customer conversations across social media and messaging channels — all powered by AI.

Connect your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Telegram, and Mercado Libre accounts to a single dashboard. Your AI clone responds to comments, messages, and posts in your brand's voice, 24/7.

KEY FEATURES:

• Dashboard — Real-time KPIs, messaging activity, usage metrics and response analytics at a glance.

• Post Replies — Review and authorize AI-generated responses to social media post comments. Approve, edit, or reject with one tap.

• Messages — Full conversation management with handover controls. Take over any conversation, transfer to a teammate, or return to AI — all from your phone.

• AI Handover — When a customer needs human attention, get notified instantly and take control of the conversation directly from the app.

• Account Settings — Manage your profile, billing preferences, handover timeout rules, and reply schedule from the palm of your hand.

• Push Notifications — Never miss an urgent handover request or pending approval. Real-time alerts keep your team responsive.

• Bilingual — Full English and Spanish support.

IcloneU works alongside your existing web platform. Sign in with the same credentials you use on icloneu.ai — your data, experts, and integrations are already there.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-15

Work in any team you belong to
Switch between your own account and any team you are a member of, without signing out. A badge beside your avatar always shows which team you are working in, and you only see the areas your seat is allowed to open.

See what your clone sells
A new Clone Conversions card on the dashboard counts the purchases your clone helped close this month, with attributed revenue and the trend against last month.

Notifications in plain language
Every notification now reads as a sentence in your language instead of an internal code, in English and Spanish alike.

Fixes and polish
Pending counts in the post list now match the account header above them, and the Verified mark sits beside your email address instead of overlapping the row below it.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-13

Knowledge sources behind a reply
Tap the link icon under any reply your clone grounded in your knowledge base
to see exactly which sources it drew on, and what each one said.

Replies no longer get stuck on "Queued"
Approving a reply now shows it reach Posted on its own, without leaving the
screen and coming back.

Lists stay live while you work
Opening a post or switching tabs no longer freezes the pending counts —
they keep updating on their own.

Delivery problems are visible
A reply that failed to send, is retrying, is waiting to send, or could not be
delivered now says so, instead of looking like every other reply. Failed
replies can be retried, and scheduled ones sent immediately.

Fixes and polish
A clearer two-row layout under each reply so the action buttons no longer
push the conversation off the edge on smaller iPhones.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-11

Clone Performance on your Dashboard
See how your clone is doing at a glance: messages handled by platform, unit
usage by function, response delivery, and a breakdown of the kinds of replies
your clone is sending. Switch between 7, 15 and 30 days.

Filters for replies and messages
Narrow Post Replies and Messages by status, response type and date — or tap
the Pending chip to jump straight to what is waiting on your approval.

Photos in conversations
Images sent in a conversation now appear inline in the chat instead of as a
file name, so you can see what your customer sent without leaving the thread.

Support chat from the top bar
Reach the IcloneU assistant from the speech-bubble button in the top bar.

Fixes and polish
Clearer labels on the Dashboard, correct singular and plural counts, an
hourglass on pending items so they stand out, and a fix for a message toolbar
that could display incorrectly on some replies.
