**Developer response:** 안녕하세요. 회신이 늦어 죄송합니다. 혹시 설정 메뉴의 "구매 복원"을 눌러 보셨는지요? 폰을 변경하거나 앱을 완전히 새로 설치한 경우, 구매 내역을 다시 확인해 줍니다. 다만, 파일목록과 재생화면에 나오는 광고는 제거하지만, 영상의 상세 정보 하단의 빈 공간에는 유료 고객에게도 광고를 노출하는 것이 현재의 설계입니다. 의견을 수렴하여 차후 버전에 검토하도록 하겠습니다. 불편 사항이 계속되면 brainkeys@naver.com 으로 고객 계정 아이디와 함께 메일 주시면 조치하도록 하겠습니다. *iCLOO support team

I’ve purchased a few times and it still keeps the ad there.  Other than that I like this app a lot. 3 stars until no ads for me

**Developer response:** Hello thestyleistkaye, thank you for sharing your comments and sorry about the belated response. Did you try "restore purchase" in the settings menu? That will remove ads from play screen and file list screen. However, current version still maintain ads on the video detail screen, where there's a wide space for us to monetize. Having used ICLOO since 2020, it’s gone from rather buggy to becoming quite decent on its own. But what separates it from other apps and even video players in general is its virtual jog wheel, which I believe has revolutionary potential. Hoping the best for this app as it continues to update and improve.

I use this for my baseball instruction business.  The jog wheel is the greatest asset. I have trouble using my finger to scrub and stop with accuracy. The wheel solves that!
