Also freeze frequently. ### 1/5 — Family Connect Feature Does Not Work *2024-09-08* I have been attempting to connect my father to my account, and it’s not sending him any of the invites. I attempted to invite him via text and email multiple times. I also attempted to create a profile for him, and then transfer it to him as the app states it allows. But nothing has worked. What’s the point of being on this app if you can’t connect with anybody in your family? ### 1/5 — Ios needs lot of improvements *2024-05-16* Need to make more ios friendly. The android version works quite well compared to ios. ### 2/5 — Not intuitive User Interface *2021-05-20* this application designed is too linear, long form input with 10 year old design elements. Feels like they did not put any UX efforts and make it easier to enter data. Slight older folks are going to get put off by the interface. Also found key data points missing for blood glucose inputs. ### 1/5 — It’s ok, but dated and missing a lot *2020-10-26* The whole interface seems very dated and clumsy. The working with the dependent profiles causes the app to crash on saving 100% of the time. Checking of medication has taken rudimentary. Can’t select actual time of taking med, only records it as the time you hit the button. Also, no way to “uncheck” the med if you accidentally hit the wrong one. Overall, barely a start, but it has promise. ### 3/5 — Needs More Work *2019-08-06* My number concern is to be able to edit the exact time when I took my meds. This app doesn't do that. Once you hit "take now", you can't edit the time and real time is documented instead. This is not safe especially if you have to take your med at a certain time but could not document it at the time, you go back and mistakenly had to adjust the time your taking it, forgetting that you actually took it at the right time you scheduled it previously. I'm giving it 3 stars for now since I'm still tryinv to figure out how good this up isor how bad. ### 1/5 — Can’t even create an account *2019-06-27* So your options are sign in or create account. I don’t have an account, so of course that’s my first course of action. I am able to put in my info to create the account, but there is no ability to actually submit my info to create my account. What a waste! ### 5/5 — More Than Just Health Tracking *2017-05-24, version 3.2.0* I'm pleasantly surprised with this app. I thought it was just another health tracking app. But I discovered so much within it. From connecting and monitoring your whole family to keeping medical history records and prescriptions, the app has helped me improve maintenance of my health as well as my mother's and father's. There's a lot of great stuff in here and it's fairly easy to use.
