The interface feels extremely outdated and the overall user experience is very frustrating. The biggest problem is with the playback feature. In order to view footage from a specific time, the app forces you to wait for the entire 24-hour timeline to load first. Even with a stable and fast internet connection, the loading process takes an unreasonably long time. On top of that, the playback often freezes or stops midway, forcing me to close the app and reopen it again. When I reopen it, I have to wait all over again for the full day's playback bar to load just to check a particular moment. This makes something as simple as checking CCTV footage unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. For a security application, reliability and speed should be the top priorities, but unfortunately this app fails in both areas. The developers seriously need to work on improving performance and modernizing the app. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly advise anyone considering this brand to think twice. If giving zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. The issue is observed on both Android and iOS platforms. Problems include failure to connect to the NVR, live view not loading, playback issues, and unstable performance. The system was working properly before the update. Multiple troubleshooting steps, including app reinstallation, have been attempted without success. This update has significantly affected system usability.
