### 2/5 — Good and bad

*2026-05-21, version 9.9.12*

It is relatively easy to do a catalog of your comic books but it never finds anything in the database to fill in missing info or give estimated pricing. Very confusing pricing for additional features.

### 3/5 — Needs improvement

*2026-01-04*

It’s fine for the most part, but adding comics initially is tremendously tedious. Most of my comics have no barcode (hundreds) so that feature is practically useless. Having to search for a comic for every single issue in the same seriousbis just straight up annoying. And the range add does absolutely nothing beyond adding the first issue specified. The entire adding process needs to be streamlined better.

### 2/5 — Used to be good

*2026-01-02, version 9.7.5*

I used to really like this app. Then the price went to the moon. They were sending notifications for a price increase up to 169.00. That’s too much. Now the bar code reader blurs the code only when you try to scan. What a scam app. I used to like it and it worked great. Now I’m starting over with another app which costs less than what I paid for I Collect Comics app and works better and I don’t fee like I was ripped off. Don’t buy. Key Collector works great

### 2/5 — Teuer

*2025-02-25*

Ich hätte gerne vorher gewusst, dass die App 35€ kostet und nicht erst, nachdem ich 30 Comics mühevoll eingetickert hatte …

### 3/5 — Ok

*2024-07-28, version 8.5.2*

It’s not the best but it’s better than I expected it to be

### 2/5 — Why reorder the comics?!

*2024-06-05, version 8.5.2*

So if you click on one of your comics it immediately reorder that comic to the bottom of the comics with the same name! Why?? The ordering should be by issue number and that is all. Why autoorder the comics when we never asked for that?

### 1/5 — Could have been a good app. It is making someone money.

*2024-04-01*

Broken app built specifically to get upgrades, yet the basic app itself doesn't work. Must log in to see device based collection. Either way they are getting your info to spam/sell your email lol. If the app worked i would have bought the upgrade even though $29 is too expensive. Annoying menu cross sells you their other app - button is literally an ad. UI design looks like they put out a request on fiver and called it a day on first response. Pretty lazy app.

### 1/5 — Collectors beware

*2023-12-22, version 8.1.4*

The app makes you believe that it’s free but it will only let you upload 30. After the 30 they will ask you to pay a subscription fee. ITS NOT FREE!!

### 1/5 — They Deleted my Collection

*2023-10-23, version 7.10.0*

They moved to this app and Deleted my SortiApps Collection without providing any notice. They had my email address. Why not email me to let me know?

### 1/5 — $30?!?

*2023-10-11, version 7.9.27*

Costs $30 if you want to scan more an 30 comics. That’s just insane! I’ve never heard of any app charging this much!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — not free

*2026-08-06, version 9.9.19*

dont waste ur time. doesnt tell you its limited entries until u have to pay. i use cataloging apps for my other collectibles and not one wasted my time like this

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-04-18*

Poor support, and broken promises, was told updates would fix issues but still waiting; the replacement of poorly taken covers don’t stay, keeps defaulting back to horrible images, which I’m not sure how any comic lover would want associated with their collection, now after entering over 2,000 issues, my count is showing a few of them are missing, therefore will have to re-inventory the entire lot so see what the app dropped, don’t buy this app, it’s a ripoff!!!!!

### 1/5 — Missing comics

*2026-03-10, version 9.8.0*

the reason I’m giving this one star you can’t add batches. barcode scanner still does not work.but my gripe is why can’t I just add a bunch comics at once I paid 10 dollars for this and it has a lot of missing features. Update 3/2026: they want you to pay a subscription now. they use to fill in the basic stuff for free but the say they have “ai” do it. It didn’t need ai before when it did the basic stuff but they removed that feature so you have to buy subscriptionnow they don’t so even more tedious.

### 1/5 — Overpriced

*2026-03-08, version 9.8.0*

Price continually goes up for the bare minimum. So many betters apps that are cheaper (and some free). Don’t even waste your time unless you want notifications every month about how the price is increasing.

### 1/5 — Would i buy it?

*2024-11-06*

So today as I have got books , comics , coins and a few other collections to try to sort out and I thought here we go iCollect what a great idea costs $100 aus but there was a discount why not . Now we’re it goes down hill for me as I won’t to put through over 1000+ books but now I got to pay another 80 dollars usd per year for the pro feature even when I just bought 80 dollars worth of unlimited access . Yes before anyone says it I did now after looking into that you can it says about the pro version . I’ll keep with my collection and library thing pity it shows a bit of a cash grab on a good looking software

### 1/5 — Don’t download unless you want to spend 30 bucks

*2024-08-03, version 8.5.2*

I thought it was a great app, I went through. I was re-organizing my comics and thought maybe I could just use this app to you know get photo of what I had sword stop buying the same ones.

Then I get to 30 comics entered and it tells me that my 30 comic entry limit is done and I have to pay 29.99 to continue. I carefully read everything before I downloaded this. I looked other reviews and none of them told me that I had to pay $30. Now so might say it’s not that bad but it is it’s $30 that I don’t have to spend. Thanks for nothing.

### 1/5 — app is slow

*2024-08-03, version 8.5.2*

can’t add multiple different issues of the same title. I need to enter 100s of issues of the same title

### 1/5 — !

*2024-07-29, version 8.5.2*

Very frustrating and not reliable.

### 1/5 — Charge too much

*2024-05-22*

After you log 30 comics it asks for £30 to sign up , I would think £5-£10 would be a fair price but £30 is ridiculous!

I’ll use other collection apps until they decide to make it a sensible price

### 1/5 — Very limited free usage

*2024-04-22, version 8.5.2*

I input 25 comics and hit the limit for free usage. Not user friendly nor of use for those on a budget. Ugh

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Absolutely amazing

*2026-07-03*

I love this app so much. I just started using it and unlike other apps it’s extremely easy to use. Super simple and it gives you all the information you need. I also find it very useful since I love collecting comics but sometimes it’s hard to remember what I have so I love that I can simply just check on this app. It’s also 100% free to use witch his hard to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend this to people who love comics. :)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-02-11, version 9.7.5*

### 5/5 — Actually is the best app for this

It’s user friendly and very detailed. I’d love to see an option that lets you add signatures!

### 5/5 — Handy program

*2023-10-19*

Good app don’t think the market needs much more than this one. Keeps track of my comic book collection as well as ones I need. Very useful for when I go to the comic shop and have to figure out which ones to get. Has most comics published.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the great review! Please tell your friends about the apps.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and fully loaded

*2023-10-17*

Everything you need to track your collection, the content of each comic, where your storing and your ratings. I really appreciate the loaned out section which helps me track the whereabouts of wayward issues with friends and family!

### 5/5 — The best comic collection app there is

*2023-10-17, version 7.9.27*

Super easy to use and allows for so much detail
