Also the number in the app does not work. 0/10 experience. ### 2/5 — Poorly supported *2026-07-10, version 10.3.9* ICON recently updated the app and presto didn’t transfer my recurring payments which were working up to June 26. So I get a notice of delinquent payment… took me an hour to reregister and reset up recurring payments. Had happened to a neighbor also. ### 1/5 — Please fix - your app is terrible *2026-01-09, version 10.3.5* I park in an Icon garage weekly. I was using another app flawlessly until my Icon garage had problems and they couldn’t accommodate me. They told me that because I hadn’t used their app they wouldn’t accommodate me at another Icon garage. This had happened a few times so I tried the Icon app. It never works correctly. I try to save my work address but it disappears almost every time I sign out of the app. More than half the time I get to the final page of making a reservation and when I click the final button it tells me there is some kind of error or the system is down. This is pathetic. Please fix your app. ### 1/5 — Double Billing *2025-12-25, version 10.3.5* I pulled into the Icon at 50/70 W. 93rd. The attendant took a photo of my license plate, but asked for nothing else (he didn’t even look at my phone reservation which I showed him). I assumed the system had changed. When I returned to pick up the car, I was told that unless I paid an amount almost double the prepaid amount I had already paid, I would not get my car. I had to pay them, but I quickly notified my credit card company of the double bill, and they reversed the charge. I am still waiting for a final disposition. These guys need to do better. ### 3/5 — Decent but quirky *2025-11-01, version 10.3.5* The app functions fine for making reservations. The quirky bit is that the barcode displayed when you view a reservation to show it at the garage is a bit too big. It hits the edge of my iPhone’s screen which prevents it from being scanned. The ticket # usually works to find my reservation. But the barcode should be scannable. ### 1/5 — App is broken since update *2025-09-26, version 10.3.5* Customer for years, this app hasn’t worked since you last updated it. It’s insane that it hasn’t been touched since. I can’t access account info, put in a pickup request, nothing gets past the loading screen. Terrible experience ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-09-02, version 10.3.5* Doesn’t keep a good history of your parking, doesn’t really knowing your monthly garage, and as of sep 2025, doesn’t have the ability to send a message to retrieve your car- they have gone back to using text messages outside the app. Why, exactly do I have such a terrible app for a $600+\month parking space? ### 1/5 — Please fix - your app is terrible *2025-07-30* I park in an Icon garage weekly.
