So I get a notice of delinquent payment… took me an hour to reregister and reset up recurring payments. Had happened to a neighbor also. ### 3/5 — Decent but quirky *2025-11-01, version 10.3.5* The app functions fine for making reservations. The quirky bit is that the barcode displayed when you view a reservation to show it at the garage is a bit too big. It hits the edge of my iPhone’s screen which prevents it from being scanned. The ticket # usually works to find my reservation. But the barcode should be scannable. ### 2/5 — Get ready to overcharged *2024-10-07, version 10.3.1* I used app many times in past . It used to convenient. However lately depending on location you park rules always change. All of a sudden you can get overcharged. Don’t assume just because you prepaid your parking spot that’s the amount you are going to be paying . ### 1/5 — Request Car *2024-08-04, version 10.2.0* Request your car on the app does not work. I actually prefer the days I would just text the garage and they retrieve the car. Now it is step after step and in the end, I get either a server error or the garage never gets the message. Have gotten used to the 7 click throughs needed to do this (why??), but the submit button now is hidden under the menu bar. ### 1/5 — Fake prices on app *2024-03-12, version 9.9.31* In the app you input you car make and model. You pick a parking and it presents you “your prices” that you pay. When you show up thinking you have prepaid the garage then determines if the car is oversized or not and then they charge an additional $15 plus a “convenience fee” of $1.99. When questioned they said the system does not use the info you put in the app for make and model when presenting prices. So it’s a bait and switch app. Don’t bother using. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-11-18, version 9.9.30* I have a monthly garage spot. We used to have to text to make sure our cars are ready, but now we need to use this app. I sent in a request last night, but when I got to the garage, they didn’t have it. For some reason, it got closed a couple hours ago. Now I’m standing here with my dog, holding a car seat, and my wife is standing around with our baby waiting. when the app works, I can usually expect multiple notifications with the same info, for no obvious reason. I have another request for my car from weeks ago that still shows up in the list, and I can’t cancel it. In summary, I make mobile apps for a living, and this is about as bad as it gets. ### 2/5 — Please fix for non/monthly parkers *2023-11-13, version 9.9.27* Save my garage. It worked perfectly. And always efficient. This app is poorly designed and requesting your monthly vehicle requires multiple steps and screens. The app is often down and not available. Bugs that annoy me are the constant “1” red circle alert but there are no messages or notifications visible or any way to clear it. Also, I have old vehicle requests from months ago that won’t clear from the request screen and I cannot delete them or edit them. They just sit there with “ready” or “approved” next to them. But instead of a simple, user-friendly app for monthly parkers, we have to use this clunky app which is really for spot parkers Monthly car requests are buried and require multiple clicks. Really a chore. On my phone the app constantly shows red “1” circles for messages?alerts? But there is no obvious way to see it or clear it. I was using another app flawlessly until my Icon garage had problems and they couldn’t accommodate me. They told me that because I hadn’t used their app they wouldn’t accommodate me at another Icon garage. This had happened a few times so I tried the Icon app. It never works correctly. I try to save my work address but it disappears almost every time I sign out of the app. More than half the time I get to the final page of making a reservation and when I click the final button it tells me there is some kind of error or the system is down. This is pathetic. Please fix your app. ### 1/5 — Double Billing *2025-12-25, version 10.3.5* I pulled into the Icon at 50/70 W. 93rd. The attendant took a photo of my license plate, but asked for nothing else (he didn’t even look at my phone reservation which I showed him). I assumed the system had changed. When I returned to pick up the car, I was told that unless I paid an amount almost double the prepaid amount I had already paid, I would not get my car. I had to pay them, but I quickly notified my credit card company of the double bill, and they reversed the charge. I am still waiting for a final disposition. It’s insane that it hasn’t been touched since. I can’t access account info, put in a pickup request, nothing gets past the loading screen.
