But this app won’t work. It just says “Network Error”. I’ve tried it on cellular as well as wifi. Please fix! ### 1/5 — App does not work *2022-07-31* Installed and reinstalled several times. Connection error. Nowhere to find support. Really ICON showplace? ### 1/5 — Bad App *2022-03-19* Downloaded the app and it will not work. Tried logging in through the app, on Google, and through Facebook, and none worked. Tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and it still would not work. I have tried this several times over several months, and it still doesn’t work. Now the Icon website is down, so I can’t even buy tickets that way. I guess it’s time to go back to Regal. ### 1/5 — Can’t even make an account/sign in with Google *2020-02-21* Got this app to try and get tickets to a show. Tried to use Google to sign in (like I do with everything) and I kept getting an error that it was unauthorized. (May be an issue with Google so I decide to try and make an account). Click on sign up, enter information, click “join”, get a loading circle for a few seconds and then nothing. Just stays on the same information input screen. Tried force closing app and uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn’t work.
