Heard they were doing a convention so was like “alright they’re super busy I get it”. Decided to send an email to them after about a week or so and there was no response. I emailed two more times after that over 3 weeks and still haven’t heard from anyone. ### 1/5 — Account and Support Lack of Help *2026-05-29* I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Icona. I have contacted support multiple times requesting assistance, yet I have received little to no response. My main issue is that I want to delete my account, but the app literally will not allow me to do so. Users should have the ability to manage and delete their own accounts without jumping through hoops or being ignored by customer support. The fact that I have repeatedly reached out for help and still cannot delete my account is unacceptable. If there is a technical issue preventing account deletion, it should be fixed immediately. If support is available, they should actually respond to customer requests. At this point, I feel trapped in an account I no longer want, with no clear way to remove my information. Please address this issue and help me delete my account. **Developer response:** Hi! Sorry for the lack of response we work oldest to newest on support request but, we got that deleted for you! Thanks! ### 1/5 — Zero Response *2026-05-17* Joined this app well over two weeks ago and says waiting for approval. Messaged the admin about approval and zero response. Nothing. If you’re going to run an app run it. **Developer response:** Sorry about the delay. We’ve been slammed with convention prep and onboarding requests this week. Seller approvals are processed oldest to newest, but if you still haven’t heard back, message us directly on Instagram @geticona and we’ll get it sorted out ASAP. We appreciate the feedback and the patience while we grow the platform. If we’re able to resolve the issue, we’d appreciate you updating your review afterward. ### 1/5 — Budget Whatnot *2026-04-17* Basically, this is a budget Whatnot. Less staff, less rules, less safeguards, lower performance. It has quickly gotten a reputation for NSFW content which seems like a significant liability for all those involved. If that is what you are looking for, this is where you can find it. Otherwise, stick with a more established platform that has a team to manage safety and liability. As a cybersecurity expert, I have concerns about this app. We’ll see how it grows and matures. **Developer response:** We appreciate feedback and are continuously improving the platform. Icona Live includes moderation tools, age-gating, seller policies, and reporting systems designed to comply with platform guidelines. As a growing marketplace, we’re actively expanding safeguards and performance with every update. ### 2/5 — Support needs to fix their issues *2026-08-06* The address for the app are not populating to sellers correctly. I have had mail showing delivered but find out the label is not generating correctly so it’s delivered to the wrong area. I’ve had sellers say they are having issues with this and even after being guaranteed that it’s fixed, my address is still wrong. If this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll be forced to leave the app ### 3/5 — Works alright *2026-02-07* Seems to work ok, but you can’t add address that’s not in their database so no way to actually bid on anything. So if you have a PO Box or HC Box no play for you. **Developer response:** Hi, please make sure your app is updated to the most current version!
