## Newest reviews (13 of 79)

### 3/5 — Chat button on the bottom menu does not make sense

*2025-09-10, version 3.2.57*

Overall, functions and info provided are useful. However, I take issue with the Chat button at the bottom of the screen. Intuitively, it should show the chat and interaction features and updates. But you have to go to the notification to view the chat (chatterbox), garage sale and find a buddy. Suggest to review this and make it more user friendly and intuitive.

### 2/5 — Poorly Designed Navigation

*2025-08-13, version 3.2.55*

It is good to see all the condo-related feeds, news and chat within an app. However, it is the worst navigation in an app, there is more than 3 ways to access the same page in the home page (i.e. chatterbox, listing) and each option is scoped the content differently. I get lost everytime, terrible!

### 2/5 — Notifications

*2025-05-17, version 3.2.48*

Please improve the push notifications for chat messages, nowhere near WhatsApp’s quality

1. Chat messages tend not to appear, regardless of whether iPhone is in “Do Not Disturb” mode or not.

2. Alerts for Garage Sale postings tend to be delayed by around 5 minutes

### 2/5 — It often gets stuck.

*2024-09-20, version 3.2.28*

For example, when the doorbell rings, I try to use the app to open the door, but I’m unable to do so because the app gets stuck. This has become a recurring issue and causes inconvenience, especially when I need quick access.

### 2/5 — How to make your life complicated

*2024-07-19, version 3.2.20*

app is full of useless functions/adds which makes it hard to find what you really need… but beyond the app (which is not the worst), it is its implementation that brings out the disempowerment of condo management when no one holds responsibility anymore and complex process implemented for whatever basic task under the pretext to improve tenants life.

### 3/5 — Widget function not working

*2024-04-26, version 3.2.12*

Latest update broke the above. Hope able to add widget as can use it open condo gate with Bluetooth enable. Can still tap app and then tap access to do it but widget makes it more convenient.

### 2/5 — App good-ish, but not user friendly

*2024-04-20, version 3.2.11*

There was a lot of work put into this app.
But unfortunately, not so much thought or work on the end users, for example,
the intercom displays that is with this app at the doors.

My home, Optima, feels like we’ve been involuntarily used as a test group for almost 2years now. Ugh.

Why would you put a QR code to scan in a basement where there is little to no 3G/4G/5G coverage?
But especially when, you’re not meant to scan this QR code at all, but somehow supposed to know to only press the touchscreen to prompt up a different display that asks for a PIN CODE to enter.

Ah, but there is no PIN CODE as such,
the PIN CODE is your phone number that you registered with at the guardhouse, but if that’s lost on you as a random visitor that is where you’ll call residents which will need to verbally explain this repeatedly or they just mark the delivery as no access.
You can imagine that this isn’t ideal.
It’s not what you would expect if there’s a flashy touch screen with an app at your condo.

What kind of high tech system with a display needs to have notes pasted up around it to explain it?!
It sort of defeats the whole purpose of having it.

It’s been a journey having this intercom system.
A journey of angry and frustrated delivery guys, a journey of running to the basement to open because they don’t want to hear it, they don’t care after that point they only demand you either come down or I’ll leave. It’s not very nice.

I cannot recommend it.
It’s just not yet all the way there of what this needs to be. Hm. Fix it?

### 3/5 — It is ok

*2024-02-22*

It does have some bugs to fix but overall it is ok

**Developer response:** Hi 1234567890 nickname!

We’re so grateful that you took the time to share your feedback with us. The iCondo team are passionate about providing all of our customers with outstanding experiences.

Please write to us at ray@icondo.asia or reach out to us via the feedback section of the iCondo app and include a description of the issue you are facing, your phone model and your app version. Our support team is ready to assist you to resolve any issues you may have :)

### 3/5 — Convenient (sometimes)

*2024-02-20, version 3.2.3*

App is great because we can use our smart phones for accessibility (amongst other services). However, recently my account keeps getting signed out, about once every 2-3 days, and I’m obliged to keep signing in.

### 2/5 — Access issues for visitors

*2023-10-31, version 3.1.87*

The app has access issues. Over the past 2 months we have not been able to let anyone in using the app, so we have to physically go to the building entrance and let them in. Many people have complained but no changes have been made

### 2/5 — Please make this compatible with iOS 13.3.1

*2023-10-06, version 3.1.27*

Dear iCondo team,
Thanks for the work to improve this App. Please kindly make sure the latest update is compatible with iOS 13 rather than only iOS 14+ since there are still a lot of people who are using the older version of iOS.
After the latest release of update (version 3.1.83), I find the log-in is no longer working and the App requires everyone to update to the new version that is only compatible with iOS 14+, hence people with the older iOS can no longer download the update AND can not log in the App anymore. This is creating much inconvenience.
Kindly please look into this and look forward to fixing this issue very soon.
Many thanks and best regards.

### 5/5 — User friendly and works seamlessly

*2023-07-19, version 3.1.72*

This app is really useful! Everything I need as a condo resident is here from opening doors to connecting with my management team and neighbours. Emergency contacts is just one click away. So easy to use! I think the condo management also like using the app. No matter which agent managing the estate they still use the service, unlike my previous estate where they dont use icondo app, keep changing solutions and us residents suffer!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2023-07-12, version 3.1.72*

I do not usually put in app reviews but having used iCondo for a few months, I can say it really does make living in my condo so much better. Previously, we used a different app and although I can book facilities, I still had to go down and make payment with cash/ cheque (for deposit). If i don't make it down in time my booking was cancelled! It is just so arcane and stressful living in such an environment. Now, I can use the facilities at any time as long as there are available slots. Small little things but made such a huge impact in terms of enjoyment of my condo facilities. Thank you!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I’m losing $100+ per month thanks to this app!

*2025-05-23, version 3.2.49*

Intercom call doesn’t ring sometimes. After I get the notification from grab delivery telling food delivery has been completed, out of curiosity I open this app and then find out there is a missed intercom call. Grab does not refund money since it’s not their mistake. My money is being wasted because of the bug in this app. Happens 3,4 times a month and damage is around $100+ per every month! It’s frustrating!

### 1/5 — Appalling

*2025-02-19, version 3.2.42*

When you return home late after a long trip and cannot get into your condo with this app until management gets in the following morning, you will wish you had never heard of it.

### 1/5 — Always stuck

*2024-05-03, version 3.2.12*

Always stuck on the block page

### 1/5 — Who are these people???

*2024-02-19, version 3.2.3*

Who runs Home Click and iCondo? Why are there no telephone numbers? Why do they know so much about us and privy to our private details when we have no idea who they are and cannot contact them. Yes, they provide a generic email address but they have never responded to my emails. Dodgy much? Something is amiss and I’m determined to find out more. Refuse to give them your info!

### 1/5 — Cannot even register my tenancy

*2021-04-04, version 3.0.33*

Horrendously clunky registration process.
You’re supposed to “leave the app open while waiting for building manager to approve”.
What?! Is this the developer’s first school programming project?

Clearly no thought has been placed in basic usability, probably less thought in security. Be very careful with sensitive data on this app.

At time of writing six reviews give 5/5.
Never has a bunch of glowing reviews seemed more sus given how obviously bad this app is.

### 1/5 — 1 Star, because you can’t give 0

*2020-07-16*

One of the worst on-boarding experiences I have gone through.

If you are going to require I have documents in a specific format to upload, tell me that up front.

And then don’t kick me out of the app when I am gathering them.

I can imagine that the user experience in the app itself - need to wait a couple of days to see - won’t be any better!

### 1/5 — Awful

*2018-11-17, version 1.0.27*

Dreadful, dreadful app. Slow and glitchy. Makes life in the Condo miserable when it doesn’t work and you can’t enjoy the facilities you have paid good money for. Truly awful.

### 2/5 — No watch version

*2025-11-22, version 3.2.62*

The app is nice but the fact that there is no apple watch version is a major issue. The reason is that you wanna go outside for a run and when you come back, you open with your watch. Now you have to take your phone with you which is annoying.

### 2/5 — REVAMP !

*2025-10-19, version 3.2.59*

I have Bardi Smart Home and iCondo installed on the same device. I don’t have choices since my Estate Management using iCondo for access management. I already file my information to Bardi to notify iCondo.
You must revamp your app icon and theme because it is confusing while Bardi and your App deliver push notifications at the same time with similar theme color.
You are building in Singapore and selling your product to Indonesia.
Don’t be cheap, go hire Native Mobile Engineer !

### 2/5 — App good-ish, but not user friendly

- update 2025
A lot has happened since my first review, they fixed the display and all of the misleading messages on it. There are still some issues, but I am not overly keen on reporting every single thing, it’s just a bit annoying. Because I do feel like these could have been avoided if someone just had a bit of a thinking through it all from the perspective of an end user.
The product today, years later, is acceptable.
It’s been annoying to be involuntarily on this journey for years, but here we are.
I will give one more tip though.
Perhaps put in an app notification before you lock out residents?
Like “your tenancy is up next month, you’ll be locked out of app/facilities, if this isn’t correct contact your management office” or something like that!!! Yes?
If their tenancy is running out in your system it relies on whoever put in the date/year to have done it correctly, if it’s not, you as a tenant won’t find out until you’re locked out of app and system/facilities , on the actual day. It’s annoying, we live with this it impacts our daily life a lot.
So please do things better.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I can like my own post but

*2025-06-22, version 3.2.50*

I can like my own post. But there is no way to check who has liked my post. Not sure if it’s feature or a fix required.

### 5/5 — Still the best condo app in the market

*2025-05-05, version 3.2.48*

This app delivers the best user interface and experience on the market—hands down. MCST needs to stop wasting time and go with it. Choosing iPlusLiving just because it’s free is a joke. It’s clunky, outdated, and practically useless. You get what you pay for—and in iPlusLiving’s case, that’s nothing of value.

### 5/5 — Car Registration vs Car Label

*2025-04-15*

I need to use Car Registration to get my second car label. I was totally confused by the Car Label function which seems more for lost label. I needed guidance from the condo manager to use the correct function. Perhaps additional information at Car Label function would help. Just mention Car Registration should be completed prior. If the data was not collected previously, it would be a good time to do so then.

### 5/5 — Good app

*2025-04-08, version 3.2.44*

Good app

### 5/5 — User friendly

*2025-03-25, version 3.2.44*

User friendly and good interface. Easy to use.

### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*2025-01-25, version 3.2.41*

Easy to use

### 5/5 — User friendly

*2024-10-29, version 3.2.33*

App has a lot of functions and is user friendly!

### 5/5 — Make it for Apple Watch

*2023-10-24, version 3.1.87*

Why not make widget available to Apple Watch so can activate the gate access through watch

### 5/5 — convenient app for everyone

*2023-10-11, version 3.1.85*

this is a very user friendly app which made the entire AGM process really smooth. I also enjoy using the features of the app such as the access control feature and the deals section

### 5/5 — Condo Super App

*2023-07-19, version 3.1.72*

The name says it all!
It has many features but let me just share one simple example that has made living in the condo amazing and so convenient.
This app now allows me to book and pay booking fees and deposit any time 24/7.
You must be thinking that is not hard… but it is the first app I have used that i do not need to go down to the office to give a deposit or pay the fees.
Others, I can book but cannot pay and if i don't go down and pay my booking is gone!
Some I have to go down and scan a paynow before it is confirm.
This is the first app with a complete option end to end!
Even the refund of deposit and fees is done via the app…. Super APP!
I have been making more bookings and enjoying more of my condo facilities.
