So many times I’ll try to go finish a manual posting but when I open the app the post is nowhere to be found. Then I just have to post it all manually. After about 15 times of saying “your account isn’t confirmed yet” and repeating that, I decided not to use this company. You can't actually schedule stories and carousel posts in advance, as you need to be online to push the posts live fro your phone at the time they're meant to go out (which completely defeats the purpose of scheduling it in the first place!). Metrics are the only salvageable feature of this otherwise useless platform. Customer support is defensive and useless, relaying customers to lengthy articles without actually reading support tickets and addressing the specific issues. If what you want is a scheduler, don't go for iconosquare. I wouldn't recommend it for free, let alone for 400 usd a year. ### 1/5 — Can’t create an account *2020-09-10, version 3.36* Downloaded the app and it doesn’t have a sign up button for me to create an account and use it. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t even make an account *2020-09-01, version 3.36* I tried this app because I herd that I could gain insight on my page that Instagram didn’t give but I couldn’t even make an account! ### 2/5 — I don’t recommend *2020-07-24* I have been using this app for a long time and trying to work around all of its inconveniences. Such as the inability to change photos in the draft of the post. The fact that sometimes my posts show up on my instagram before I agree to push them out and that it has been posting all of my scheduled posts twice. I wanted to pass along this feedback to others who are considering this app. It has been helpful to use this app, but it just has too many issues for my taste. ### 1/5 — Lots of bugs; rarely works *2020-04-02, version 3.30* The app and scheduler only work some of the time and they won’t give you any kind of a refund, even partial, when their service doesn’t work for weeks on end. If you seek to find what your performance indicators are, manage and organize your content, and plan your material ahead of time, you should be using Iconosquare! This app has kept me on track for posting everyday, not sure if I could ever go without it. Before I would sometimes forget to post or not post for ages. The statistics have allowed me to keep tabs on how well (or how terribly..) my posts are performing. I check my Insta statistics daily and try to set targets for each stat. A few improvements could be made though. After your scheduled post has reached its 'post time', you can no longer go into the post and edit its content on the app, you can still edit the scheduled post through the website though. Another improvement that would be nice to see, though I'm not sure if it's possible due to Instas Ts&Cs, would hashtag performance statistics. I also find that photos fail to upload into the app a lot, and your screen turning off guarantees that the upload will fail (this may be corrected in the newest update though, I haven't tried to schedule a post yet).
