Smartphone ist per WLAN mit dem Router verbunden und die App meldet kein ICOTERA Device gefunden.

Downloaded app but will not open. Get message “your network does not seem to support this app. Please verify that you are connected to the right WiFi…..” !!

There is a serious bug with detecting the Wi-Fi network that currently makes this app unusable. No matter what, an error message is displayed saying “You have been disconnected from the Wi-Fi network”, even though the Wi-Fi remains active the entire time. Nothing I’ve tried has got me past simply opening the app, and there’s no customer support for the app, because Icotera only field support for their suppliers and the ISP companies can’t do anything to fix the app.

Au weia… kam über den ersten Menüpunkt (Umbenennen) nicht hinaus. Kein Zurück-Button, bei der Eingabe springt der Cursor munter durchs Feld, versucht zu verbinden, obwohl noch gar nicht alle Daten in der Eingabemaske sind… hab sie nach drei Versuchen deinstalliert und bin zurück an den Computer. Von da aus geht’s.

Versucht über den Browser Geräte zu entfernen geht nicht wurde empfohlen dies über die App zu machen haben ein sonos System sollte das alles rausschmeißen und auf einen festen Kabel legen 
Die Geräte mehrfach entfernt werden trotzdem angezeigt nichts passiert 
Alles immernoch verbunden
Das Interface unübersichtlich teils englisch teils deutsch als würde man ein Beta Produkt testen

I can connect to my ZZOOMM router with no issues, just allowed it to connect to my local network in iPhone settings when the app was setting up and it worked first time, just be patient when it’s searching. 
Gives me access to do and view various bits and bobs but tbh would use my computer to make any changes
