Your input is valuable and will help us enhance the experience for future customers. ### 1/5 — If I could leave a 0 I would! *2024-01-10* Worst company ever! I have a loan I opened since July. At first, I had an issue where the app wouldn’t let me make my first payment. I called in and had the payment made and signed up for autopay so this wouldn’t happen again. 2 days later, they also took out the autopay payment hence I made 2 payments that month. I called to get a refund, they claimed to have returned it, a month later I still didn’t receive my refund, but made my timely payment for the new month. I have called over and over, month after month, and have been told a supervisor has to look into it. January 2024 and I still haven’t had a solution, yet “late” fees are accumulating because of the “returned” payment its as if I missed that month. The app doesn’t work and their customer service doesn’t either. DO NOT APPLY!!!! **Developer response:** Hi Mr. Benitez, Our sincere apologies for the issues you have experienced. We understand there was an issue with your bank not crediting the funds we returned back to them back to your account; we offered to discuss on a three way call with you and them to assist. We understand they have now credited your account; in addition, we have waived the late payment fees associated with your iCreditWorks account. Once again, apologies for the issues you have been experiencing. ### 1/5 — No Accountability *2023-09-26* Unable to verify me identification after being pre-approved. I talked with customer service and they were not willing to take accountability for their programs error and not willing to give me any other options. The only option they gave me is I can try again in 30 days. Please contact us at 877-388-4821 M-F 8 AM - 5 PM EST. ### 1/5 — Do not get a loan with them *2023-09-09* They do not answer their customer service phone and they charged me for a return fee but there is no evidence showing in my bank statement that they pulled the money. They also will double charge you if you pay your bill early and you are set up for automatic payment. The app wouldn’t let me turn off my automatic payments on my own I had to call the customer service line (which they don’t answer the phone) to turn off automatic payments. I think it needs to be maintained more often because I can’t even pay my bill off ### 1/5 — Worst UI on an App in AppStore! *2020-10-13* I have over 400 apps in my iPhone, never seen a App UI this bad. Color combinations and screens resemble 90’s webpages. Come on folks at least get you AppStore Images rite. Some one is wasting their money on use less developers here. ### 4/5 — Needs more clarification *2024-04-02* The app should be more open about what fees there will be before making us sign the loan.
