It has stopped accurately showing availability. The summary tab is more accurate but the status tab doesn’t reflect what is in the summary so vastly overestimates availability of lifeboat crew. Shame because it was such a user friendly app. Have tried emailing the developer twice but no response. I really didn’t want to give a 1 star rating but I couldn’t get a response after emailing the developer directly twice. The app support button leads you to a page that’s been taken down and I didn’t get any response from Graham. Today the status bar shows a particular member of crew being available but the summary tab shows him as unavailable between 0600 to 1100. Often when I am signed on for a block of duty it shows me as unavailable for the first day of the block but yesterday it was correct. If I could find a means of discussing it with you And fixing it I would gladly change my review and star rating. Sent Graham an email on Monday. Still the same issue of status tab not reflecting what’s in the summary tab. **Developer response:** This should be resolved. It’s a shame you feel the need to rate it 1 star. I wish you’d contact me first as I will fix the issue and ensure it’s working for you. The new version is highly customisable so I can tailor it for each station. Please check the app again and if it’s not showing the correct values let me know.
