## What is ICRWY LESSONS I Can Read?

Over 200 step-by-step systematic phonics lessons with Miss Emma, The Reading Whisperer®. Just follow along! Suitable for children aged 3–6 years. Use with the Monster Spelling Piano app for iPads to reinforce the phonics foundation acquired during SSP Phases 1 and 2, now featuring over 100 mapped high-frequency words! No prior training is required, making it perfect for parents and tutors. Enjoy the 'Code Level' and Code Mapped® readers.

The I Can Read Without You (ICRWY) Lessons with Word Mapping Tool app is free to download and includes a variety of resources. Around 40 core SSP phonics and high-frequency word lessons are included, all created by Miss Emma, The Reading Whisperer®, to support learning to map words orthographically, from 'speech to print' AND 'print to speech.'

Miss Emma holds a Master's degree in Special Educational Needs and is undertaking doctoral work in the UK. She has developed systems for teaching both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners to read and spell together. The MyWordz® system is also effective for non-speaking children, thanks to the 'Phonemies,' i.e., Speech Sound Monsters®!

Graphemes are shown, from left to right in the word or sentence, with 2 contrasting colours (and a third to show there is a split vowel digraph) Copy and paste the Code Mapped® text into a word document and use it at home or in the classroom.
