Welcome to Intercompany Transaction Management (ICTM), an enterprise solution for managing, tracking, and calculating intercompany transactions and shared corporate expenses. ICTM provides a centralized platform for managing intercompany financial records, replacing manual processes and fragmented communication with structured workflows, approvals, calculations, and transaction tracking.

Create and manage intercompany transactions between companies or business units. ICTM supports transaction requests, approvals, proposals, execution records, installment schedules, repayment tracking, payment records, and transaction completion.

Transaction & Installment Calculations

Track transaction amounts, applicable interest rates, installment amounts, repayment schedules, principal, and interest. Users can view scheduled installments and keep track of outstanding and completed repayments.

Multi-Level Approval Workflows

Maintain structured internal controls with role-based workflows. Transaction requests and proposals can be reviewed and approved by designated Business Directors, Advisors, and other authorized users before progressing to the next stage.

Common Cost Sharing

Manage shared business expenses between multiple companies or business units. Create a common cost, allocate contributions among participating companies, track payment schedules, and monitor the settlement of shared expenses.

Real-Time Notifications and Alerts

Stay informed about important workflow activities. Receive push notifications when transactions require review, approval, action, or when payment-related activities are updated.
