### 1/5 — Defekte Kamera

Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit ICU.

Wir haben eine ICU Cam 5 inklusive Akkus, Metall-Schutzbox und Zubehör gekauft – Gesamtwert etwa 350 €. Die Kamera wurde pfleglich behandelt und war gerade einmal ca. 2,5 Jahre alt.

Nun ist der Bewegungssensor ausgefallen. Die Kamera selbst funktioniert noch, Bilder können manuell aufgenommen werden, jedoch löst sie nicht mehr über PIR aus. Sämtliche Maßnahmen wurden durchgeführt:
- Firmware neu installiert
- Kamera zurückgesetzt
- SD-Karten getestet/formatiert
- verschiedene Akkus verwendet

Die Antwort des Supports: Kamera nicht reparierbar, stattdessen Angebot einer gebrauchten Austauschkamera für 99 €.

Gerade bei einer Wildkamera für den dauerhaften Außeneinsatz hätte ich eine deutlich längere Lebensdauer sowie mehr Kulanz erwartet. Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass offenbar keine echte Reparaturmöglichkeit besteht.

Im jagdlichen Bereich zählen Zuverlässigkeit und langfristige Erfahrungen. Unsere über 10 Jahre alte Kamera eines anderen Herstellers funktioniert bis heute problemlos.

Für uns leider keine gute Erfahrung – weder technisch noch beim Kundenservice.

Brought 2 of these and set them up. The app is horrible and keeps crashing when I open it and click on the camera to make changes. 

Works fine on web browser but for the money you would expect a decent app.

Uns wurden mehre ICU Cams geklaut. System wurde wohl gehackt, leider kein Entgegenkommen vom Hersteller. Würde ich nicht wieder kaufen. Zuvor leider auch öfters Kameras die nicht mehr funktionierten, leider keiner Kooperation mit ICU.

Leider funktioniert nach 8 Monaten von 6 Cameras noch eine zuverlässig, zwei mäßig und 3 Stück der 5er Generation gar nicht mehr. Die Software ist gut wenn die cameras funktionieren. Zeigt jedoch keine Fehler, Störungen oder den aktuellen Status zuverlässig an. Ich würde auf dieses System nicht mehr vertrauen / mich dafür entscheiden.

Sehr anfällig… Achtung. Wenn dann cameras der easy Serie. Diese funktionieren wenigstens nach ein Jahr noch.

Wenn es um Coin- und Aboverkauf geht, ist man ganz weit vorne. 

Geht es um Optimierung oder um Datenschutzfragwürdige Einstellungen gibt man sich zunächst offen, dann aber schiebt man es auf die lange Bank und scheint an seine Grenzen zu kommen. 

Überlegt Euch gut, ob ICU das Richtige ist. Ihr könnt Kameras mit jemandem teilen und könnt nicht festlegen was der jenige darf oder nicht darf. Das führt dazu, dass der jenige mit dem ihr die Kamera teilt - ohne dass ihr auch informiert werdet - die Möglichkeit hat die Kamera mit wiederum anderen von dem man nichts weiß geteilt werden kann oder ungefragt in 3. Anbieterapps wie der Revierweltapp eingebunden werden. 

Teilweise kann die App sogar - wieder ohne Euer Wissen - gesteuert werden. 

Die ICU 6 hat eine SMS Funktion die sehr viel Akkuleistung benötigt und vom „geteilten User“
ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann. 

Der Service und schlussendlich bei ICU - so muss ich es feststellen - ausgesprochen miserabel und man hört manchmal wochenlang nichts - so bei meiner defekten ICU 5 und dabei wartet man nur noch auf das Retourenlabel. 

Liebes ICU-Team Eure Kameras sind grundsätzlich gut, Euer Service eine katastrophale Leistung und bei Erneuerungen seid Ihr Flexibel wie eine Brechstange! 

Ich hoffe für alle, dass Eure Nina-App so gut ist, dass Ihr auf keine Opimierungen angewiesen seid.

Then try again same thing 
And why can’t I change the cam name to cam 1 or cam 2 there both just cam 
Came eat art he trail cams are great the app definitely needs work 
And the subscription is way over priced if I can change any thing on cams with out app crashing

Der Support ist leider ganz unterirdisch. Kaum aus der Garantie funktionieren die beiden ICUClom4 nicht mehr. Ich darf sie kostenpflichtig einsenden 50€ pro Gerät. Dann mal schauen. Ganz sicher nicht. Ab zur Konkurrenz!
