It says upgrade app but it doesn’t even show the upgraded version. I can’t track the bus ever be in morning pickup or drop time. High time this gets fixed. Doesn’t let the user login again after that. Doesn’t show the proper route. Half the time data projected is wrong. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor performance *2026-07-21* Poor performance, everytime you open the tracking you need atleast 5-6 seconds to understand whether its going from east to west or south to north or vice versa. The notifications about bus started comes after the student reaches home. Also the bus image is too big to confuse and it always misleads on vertical direction movement vs horizontal movement ### 1/5 — Multiple bugs, no progress *2025-09-24* Notifications never persist in the App. One of the main concerns for the parents is to know the boarded/ deboarded status of their child. Once you unlock the phone and opens the App, it doesn’t appear. Tech team has to fix this first. Other bugs we’ll mention later. ### 1/5 — Not useful *2024-09-05* Doesn’t tell the estimated time left to reach my point. Doesn’t do auto retresh. Close(x) button doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Not IOS compatible *2024-06-13* Close button is just for display, can’t use it to close the window. Tracking refreshes only at the point of opening the tracking page.. after that can’t close the page and can’t see real time updates. No ETA, very annoying to use with these glitches.. Without fixing these bugs not sure how the app is launched and how schools are approving without testing!!! ### 1/5 — This app is a joke *2023-07-04* Nothing functions in this app. Route map goes over the buildings, there is no notification options, when you raise compliant only one option is there. I don’t understand why schools ecen rely on this app ### 1/5 — Map is not visible in iPhone *2023-06-12* Google map is not loading and only white background is shown in iPhone. ### 1/5 — Worst app - Not at all useful. *2019-11-11* If you want to track bus of your child then this app is not at all useful for bus tracking. Neither it shows proper route nor the live bus location. I don’t know why the hell they call it bus track. And worst part even after multiple complaints nobody is bothered about it. ### 1/5 — TSUS Bus Route *2019-06-26* We are very inconvenienced with this App. It never updates the route and hence we never know exactly where the bus is. Sometimes it just fast forwards to the bus’s current location which is usually much closer than we thought it was. In short please try to rectify it ASAP. Also it always asks us to update the app, but there is never an updated version to do so. ## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Simple and functional *2024-02-10* Great app for parents to keep track of their ward’s school bus. Request the developer to enable the app for Apple TV and Apple Watch. That makes tracking easy for everyone without worrying about screen time and screen locking. ### 3/5 — Update the app *2026-06-22* Notification number is always 3 even though there is no msg. ### 3/5 — Notification persists *2025-06-10* The new update has largely improved the app visually. Thought there is room for improvement, appreciate the effort put in bringing it up to this level. What’s annoying is the notification persists in the app and cannot be cleared. No progress seen in the last 1 year. *2025-07-24* It’s annoying that the notifications persist on the app and cannot be cleared. Notification always shows a count of 3 on the App icon. Close button is only for display, it doesn’t function. The route never refreshes on its own, one has to go back and forth to see the current status of the bus. The Bus icon and routes overlap on the structures rather than staying on the Roads which gives an ugly visual. Please work on these bugs to make it appealing and easy to use. ### 2/5 — Close button issue *2023-06-15* Close button os overlaping with other options.
