Unfortunately the app is down more than it is up. I played through my browser and it works for a short while. Then it freezes. Not knowing it’s frozen I hit the screen several times to make it work. Each time it happened it drained my balance. I lost $200-$350 at least 3 times in its frozen state. The bug is costing me too much money ### 2/5 — Money Grab 👎 *2026-09-03, version 3.0.2* I don’t usually leave reviews, I had a feeling the new bag feature was too good to be true. They advertise these luxury bags then will give you a bag like Guess which is not even cute. Plain and ugly. I knew it was too good to be true I honestly wouldn’t recommend. Thankfully you get some many back. $70 which isn’t honestly even worth it. You then are faced with a minor difficulty of verifying more information to get your money back. Inputting your social etc. ### 4/5 — Didn’t get the watch I wanted delivered to my house *2026-08-31, version 3.0.1* Spent $100 opening silver boxes and pulled a fossil chronograph and a Bulova sport chronograph. I physically wanted them so I put in 2 orders for the watches to be delivered and instead of getting the Fossil Chronograph, I got a Chinese BTOMIC roulette watch that doesn’t even look real because the lettering is upside down on the back of the watch compared to legit pictures I was looking at on the BTOMIC website. If I don’t get the Bulova Chronograph either and get some random watch then this app is 100% a scam and stay FAR AWAY! I will update you all if they get back to me via email and fix this. Otherwise don’t trust this app! UPDATE: I got the second watch that I ordered which was the Bulova Chronograph. Absolutely beautiful watch! It has been about 10 days, and my order is still showing “Preparing/Processing.” There is no USPS tracking number and no indication that the watch has even been shipped yet. I already paid the shipping charges, so I expected the order to be shipped within a reasonable timeframe. The lack of updates is frustrating and disappointing. IcyBox needs to improve its shipping process and communication with customers. The odds are fair…IMO. Right now I have 3 watches in my IcyBox collection that I’m debating whether or not to ship to me. I’ve already had 1 ship and it arrived 3 or 4 days after I shipped it. The one I had shipped was roughly a $200+ watch and I paid $100 for the spin. I’ve deposited $950 total into the app. I have in my possession a $200 watch, and the 3 in my collection totals $450. I’m down $300. I’ve hit 1 “grail”/(best) , a 2.4% chance, out of my deposits and multiple of everything else. I accidentally spent $150 on a designer bag spin and hit a “common”/(worst)on that and sold it back for $63. This is way better than The Watch Gang.
