New drawing tools for photos, with the ability to move drawings after they have been created.
Added annotated pins in the 360° panoramic photo viewer.
New floating information and action panel above the observation selected on the plan.
Observation creation is blocked when no form template is available for the context.

Synchronization resumes after an interruption during the import phase, without downloading the data again.

This update improves the reliability of synchronization with the server.
 - More reliable file uploads: photos and documents added during a synchronization in progress are now always sent to the server. Any affected files are re-sent automatically after the update.
 - Smoother synchronization: no more duplicate syncs, and an interrupted sync can be restarted without getting stuck.
 - Optimized startup: the app is more stable and lighter when opening.
