No way to give customer feed back in the app that I can find and I called in to cancel my service asking 3 times to cancel the person I talked to basically told me no and just continued to rant off what there service is and told me to think it over. I haven’t been able to load this app in months. When I was able to get it to load, it was always glitchy and slow. I actually don’t know why I pay for this service anymore. They send out nonesense emails telling you that you’ve been breached, you go on web version because mobile app doesn’t load, to find that there’s no emergency, it’s just a super late notification. Developers, it’s time to step it up.
