There is a email contact if you have any problems they will email you asap. I had to contact them because I couldn't login and they explain through email no problem. I get to take all my magazines with me in one small app on my iPad. Thank you! ### 1/5 — WILL NOT DOWNLOAD. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY *2015-03-12, version 5.6* I wrote to ID magazine hoping they would make it right with me. They did not. Very disappointing.
