The idMobile app simply hangs the process. So does the website. Thus, the supplier of this app does not appear to bother supporting it. I was unable to increase my cap limit beyond £25. I was unable to speak to anyone at iD mobile. Every time I tried to make a call I was told I had reached my cap limit, even after depositing funds in my account. It was lucky I didn’t have an emergency and had to make an emergency call. It feels like iD Mobile has actually designed its product around what customers want — simple, flexible and great value.
