이상한 가구가 와서 환불신청했는데..환불이 미뤄지고 배송비 마저 못받을것같았으며.. 사진에 있는 제품이 아닌 다른 제품으로 속여 파는것같아 화가 났었어요. 오늘의 집 마져 싫어졌는데.. 고객센터에 전화하고 마음이 달라졌어요~방금통화하신 분 성함을 기억못해서 너무 아쉬운데..덕분에 안심되어서.. 정말 감사하더라구요~

안녕하세요. 이사하고 약 2~3달간 집을 꾸미면서 인테리어부터 쇼핑까지 이 앱을 정말 잘 활용했습니다. 
저장한 상품을 카테고리로 분류해서 비교할수 있는 기능이 아주 좋았어요. 3d로 인테리어를 해볼수있는것도 정말정말 유용했구요. 
3~40개 가량의 물건을 구매했는데 이제 거의 집꾸미기가 마무리되어 피드백을 남깁니다. 
상품 후기들을 쓰다보니 한가지 아쉬움이 있었는데 4가지 별점 남기는 항목으로는 몇몇 상품을 평가하는게 부족함이 있는것 같아요. 내구성, 가격, 디자인, 배송 이 4개 항목으로는 상품이 기능이나 품질을 평가할수가 없어서 상품 자체에대한 별점항목이 1개~2개 추가되면 좋을것 같아요. 추가로 포인트를 사용할수 있는 조건이 3만원 이상 구매인게 좀 아쉽구요..
아무튼 앱 덕분에 계획적으로 셀프인테리어를 성공적으로 할수있었습니다. 이후에 사진 찍어서 올릴게요. 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.

잘이용하고있었는데 저저저번주부터 들어가면 바로
화면이뜨지도않고 나가지고 다시깔아보기도하고

어플 실행 과정에서 문제가 있어 삭제 후 재설치를 진행하였으나 여전히 불편을 겪고 계신 것 같아 마음이 많이 무겁습니다.

Don’t use this app. When you buy something and there’s a problem or defect they do nothing to protect you as a consumer. The reps are nice but completely powerless and don’t really do anything to help you in terms of customer support. Just use Coupang instead if you are based in Korea.

커스터머 서포트 자체가 없고 제품 하자가 있으면 소비자에 아무 도움도 안 주고 보포해주지도 않아요. 차라리 쿠팡이 훨씬 더 편하고 서비스 더 좋아요.
