全民海淘是由微博大V@北京厨子新号 创办的一家跨境电商平台。在美国设有分公司专门负责采购和物流业务。在国内有专业的团队负责客服、技术开发和日常运维。也就是说，售前和销售在美国或其它境外地区，售后服务及技术支撑在国内。
