这个平台使用体验非常差。而且作为患者，硬给安排了地址更远交通不便的医院，申请改签还被拒绝。一个本着为患者提供最大便利的平台，实际上却处处给患者带来不便。建议换家公司做一个真正让患者感到方便的平台。
