בתור לקוח שהשתמש באפליקציה ויצר קשר גם עם נציגים חשוב לציין שהאתר הזה מתנהל כמו מאפיה והנציגות העובדות שם הם מתחת לכל ביקורת. כוכב אחד זה עוד פרס לתת בעלי העסק שם נהדרים ללא דופי אבל האתר עצמו 
והנפשות הפועלים שם מאוד מאכזבים
