한국케파시티(주)에 단체상해보험을 가입하고 있는 고객사 임직원들의 보험금 청구 편의를 위해 개발한 보험금 청구서류 접수 애플리케이션
상세설명 : 한국케파시티(주)에 단체상해보험을 가입한 임직원들이 보험금 청구서류를 간편하게 접수하게끔 만든 애플리케이션입니다.
앱을 실행시키시고 보험청구버튼 터치하여 필요정보를 입력하고 서명하신 후 병원등에서 발급받으신 서류를 촬영하여 업로드한 뒤 접수버튼을 터치하시면 한국케파시티(주)로 보험금 청구서류가 접수 됩니다.
보험금 또는 청구서류에 관련된 문의는 앱에 전화문의를 터치하시면 한국케파시티 클레임 부서로 직통 연결됩니다.
또한 접수한 청구건에 대해 앱의 접수현황 버튼을 클릭하면 진행사항과 보험금지급내역을 보실 수 있습니다.
