## What is 北外在线?

本应用为北外网院学习平台的辅助app，适用于北京外国语大学网络教育学院学生。
    北京外国语大学网络教育学 院隶属于北京外国语大学，是其二级院校。北京外国语大学(简称“北外”)是教育部直属、国家首批“211工程”建设的全国重点大学之一，是目前我国高等院 校中历史悠久、教授语种最多、办学层次齐全的外国语大学。北外作为培养外交、翻译、经贸、新闻、法律、金融等涉外高素质人才的重要基地，取得了突出的成 绩，已为国家培养了7万余名涉外人才。自2001年以来，致力于打造中国“跨国商业精英的摇篮”，使学生成为具备国际化视野的跨国、跨文化管理人才，北外 建设了一批优秀的商科专业。仅以外交部为例，据不完全统计，北京外国语大学毕业的校友中，先后出任驻外大使的就有400多人，出任参赞的近1000人，北 外因此赢得了“共和国外交官摇篮”的美誉

作为最与世界接轨的外国语大学，却保持了拖沓的步伐。app不知道是找了什么三流公司外包，技术水平落后，功能粗糙。侧面说明学校管理各自为政，无人关心实际务。连论坛挂了几个月都修不好，可见敬业精神一去不返了。
