서울특별시에서 운영하는 공공자전거(서울자전거-따릉이) 전용앱으로 회원가입 및 이용권구매, 대여, 반납, 대여소 확인 등이 가능합니다.

생활교통수단으로의 자전거 이용활성화를 도모하여 서울시의 교통체증, 대기오염, 고유가 문제를 해결하고 건강한 사회 및 시민들 삶의 질을 높이고자 마련되었습니다.

01. 이용권 구매
‘서울자전거 홈페이지’ 또는 ‘서울자전거-따릉이’앱에서 구매할 수 있습니다.
앱은 스마트폰 앱스토어에서 다운받아 설치하시면 됩니다.
02. 대여하기
- LCD형 따릉이 : 대여화면에서 자전거 번호 입력 -> LCD 에 이용권번호 입력하여 대여가능합니다.
- QR형 따릉이 : QR코드 촬영 후 따릉이 이용이 가능합니다.
03. 안전주행
주행전 브레이크와 타이어, 체인 상태를 꼭 확인하세요.
주행시 이용자 안전을 위해 안전모 등 안전장구를 착용하고, 교통법규를 준수하세요.
안전한 따릉이 운행을 위해서는 이어폰 사용을 자제해주세요.
04. 반납하기
서울 시내의 모든 사울자전거 대여소에 반납 할 수 있습니다.
자전거 잠금장치를 잠그면 반납처리 됩니다.

網路一直連不穩，好不容易連上了掃碼，結果一掃就跳掉，想要再用你買的號碼再掃一次的時候，他就跟你說沒有這個號碼了？？？重點是那台腳踏車根本沒有被解鎖，我根本就沒有辦法用。然後想要找客服，只能用電話。超級外國人不友善。還找不到地方退款。

WAF rules blocked the ip of my carrier.  Git around that using a vpn to be unable to unlock the bike at all using camera or manual entry.

App has a really low request time out so I could never get it to work on my international data plan, I basically had to figure out what bike station would be near a spot with fast enough WiFi that the app would work without constant errors. And figure out where I was going to dock beforehand as well. 2 stars because Seoul has great bike infrastructure all along the Han river so it was worth the hassle

why have a ‘foreigners’ section if they’re unable to use it? 

i was getting blocked by their firewall, and have no idea why this could happen. i was on SKTelecom at the time. 

the firewall did not block when WIFI was present, but unfortunately it was not near my local bike rental spot. 

i tried even using a VPN and buying an e-sim but it didn’t work.

very sad, i just wanted to ride a bike :( very stressful trying to figure it out by myself at the bike area
