اشتراكي السنوي ينتهي في 22 فبراير 2026، لماذا أغلقتم علي الخطوط قبل انتهاء الاشتراك؟ لدي ما يثبت من حسابي أن الاشتراك ينتهي في هذا الوقت، زودوني بايميل أرسل لك صورة الانتهاء. ولا أعلم لماذا تتكرر معكم هذه المشكلة وتغلقون علي الخطوط قبل شهور من انتهاء الاشتراك. أرجو منكم التكرم بفتح القفل عن الخطوط المغلقة. أنا لدي اشتراك سنوي، لا أتمتع بكامل خدمات الاشتراك.

التطبيق يعاني من خلل جذري ومتوقف تماما عن التطور! يفتقر لأدنى مستوى من الأساسيات، على سبيل المثال لكم ان تتخيلوا بأنه لا يوجد خيار لـ “التراجع”! ايضا اذا اضفت إطار وتبي تشيله؟ ممنوع 😊 لأن أصلا مافي خيار "بدون اطار" ومع عدم وجود خيار للتراجع، ما عندك حل إلا تقفل كل شيء وتبدأ من جديد! حتى خيار “لنسخ النص أو تكراره” داخل نفس الصورة غير متوفر! هذه ليست ميزات متقدمة بل أساسيات غيابها يعكس ضعف الفريق وعدم اهتمامهم بتجربة المستخدم! التقييمات العالية على ما يبدو تعود لوقت قديم جدا حيث كانت فيه المنافسة معدومة، لكن للأسف لم يتم استغلال هذا التقدم المبكر لتطوير التطبيق أو مجاراة اقل مستوى موجود في التطبيقات الحالية!
