“家家支付”是聚焦于居住领域的支付平台，致力于为包括地方政策性监管、银行存管、第三方支付机构存管等模式在内的房屋交易资金存管提供支付通道、业务运营、金融科技等行业解决方案。家家支付为贝壳找房平台及入驻平台的经纪品牌，提供二手房交易资金资金存管解决方案。

北京理房通支付科技有限公司（简称“理房通”）是家家支付平台的运营主体公司，于2014年7月10日获中国人民银行颁发《支付许可证》，是持牌互联网支付机构。

【资金存管】
资金存管是将房屋交易资金存放到第三方账户中，房屋交易达成，则资金支付给卖方，若交易无法达成，资金退回买方。资金存管能有效规避一房二卖、房屋查封、资金交付后不配合过户或者过户后拖延不付款等各类风险。在实际房屋交易过程中，可以针对定金、首付款、物业交割、户口迁出等进行分段履约支付，保障买卖双方权益。
“理房通资金存管”是家家支付提供的资金存管产品之一，基于理房通的第三方支付服务，为房屋交易买卖双方提供的资金存管服务，客户支付的房屋交易资金全额存放在理房通备付金集中存管账户。
