App首页服务一栏70%到80%的功能均需跳转到微信才能使用，而且大部分内容和鄂汇办重合。这个app不能直接办事（大多数），大部分靠跳转到其他app来完成。群众根本没有下载的必要，而且现在国家几乎部门都有app，非常占内存。本app新闻板块大多可以在其他app（如：微信）上看到，而且部分页面出现了错误提示或代码（这里特指校园卡以及花朵护航）。偶尔出现页面卡顿或停在某一页面无法操作的情况。作为宜昌城市综合服务客户端，开发者却认证为宜昌三峡日报新媒体有限责任公司，并不是宜昌政府，容易造成误会。
