近期订购了一次盒马配送要求配送送货上门告诉了他怎么进入小区方法，但他拒绝，然后放下就走了，然后我们说要配送配送员非常的有恃无恐，让我们抓紧投诉，然后我们投诉之后发现根本投诉无门，因为客服只会记录，并不会给你做出详细的措施，客服基本就是在助长这些无良配送员的风气，建议不要使用使用其他的替代品都比这个好很多
