TWO WEEKS TIME!!!?! 2. you book a spot in advance, you wait for OVER 45 MINUTES!!! after arriving on time. tonnes of people without a booking are let in before you!!!!!! 3. you pay for a service to send a letter with a private sender. you leave your number and email. they send it, but don't call, sms, or email you, nor do they mail you the proof of receipt (the whole reason you use a private service in the first place!). so you have to go in... in f-ing TWO WEEKS time!!! This mail service should be cancelled and replaced by private options. Waste of public money.
