I am sorry app writers but the one star rating is not on the app (which I haven’t used enough to appraise properly), but on the company Doar Yisrael. Every amazon package I have had delivered through Doar Yisrael was tampered with and opened to see its contents. I post this here to warn the unwitting public to be careful as I have heard of many such instances and feel it necessary to protect others by suggesting that they use other carriers.

מציע לאחראים להסתכל על אפליקציות *פונקציונליות* - כמו למשל posten.no שאפילו מתריעה כשאתה נמצא ליד סניף דואר שבו מחכה לך חבילה... 
לא רציני בקיצור - כמו כל השירות של העמותה שנקראת ׳דואר ישראל׳. עצוב

The app is mostly in Hebrew. They tell English speakers to download it but there is no way of knowing how to use it! Garbage app!

אפילו חיפוש פשוט של מס דואר רשום לא עובד - הסימן של הצבי מסתובב ולא קורה כלום.
שום QA מינימלי לא נעשה לבדוק שהאפליקציה בכלל עובדת , וככה נראה פני הדואר בישראל 2019.
הלוואי כבר שיפריטו אותכם

האף פשוט לא עובד. כשתלחץ עליו, הוא פותח ומתחיל לעשות סיבוב עם האותיות של ׳דואר ישראל,׳ וזהו.

הדוולופרים שברו אות הגירסה חדשה.

examples of horrible service:

1. a package arrives and says pick it up within 7 days. you go to the branch and they say you need to book a spot in advance. you look online and see they only have spots in... TWO WEEKS TIME!!!?!

2. you book a spot in advance, you wait for OVER 45 MINUTES!!! after arriving on time. tonnes of people without a booking are let in before you!!!!!!

3. you pay for a service to send a letter with a private sender. you leave your number and email. they send it, but don't call, sms, or email you, nor do they mail you the proof of receipt (the whole reason you use a private service in the first place!). so you have to go in... in f-ing TWO WEEKS time!!!

This mail service should be cancelled and replaced by private options. Waste of public money. Heck, waste of public air!
