من غير المعقول أن منصة حكومية مخصصة لاستقبال بلاغات الطوارئ والمشكلات الحساسة، لا تعمل في أبسط خطوة فنية مثل إرسال رمز التحقق.

تطبيق كلنا أمن من المفترض أن يكون وسيلة عاجلة لحماية المواطن وقت الأزمات، لكن للأسف الوصول إليه أصبح هو الأزمة نفسها.

نرجو من الجهة المشغلة معالجة هذا الخلل العالق منذ فترة طويلة، فليس من المقبول أن يتعطل نظام خُصص لخدمة المواطن في أكثر اللحظات حاجة للدعم. كل مرة استخدمه اواجه نفس الاشكالية. خدمة رديئة
