1. 帳務繳費：未繳費帳單以信用卡或條碼繳費、繳費記錄查詢、定期繳費申請、電子發票、繳費方式…

2. 障礙協助
(1) 障礙排除：最方便的障礙排除功能！用戶可直接透過App進行線上障礙排除，同時提供用戶線上報修預約單，讓障礙可以輕鬆一指搞定！
(2) 約工進度查詢：查詢您預約的裝機/報修時程。

3. 節目表：查詢7日內之節目表，並可進行遠端錄影設定與推播提醒收視。
