نبذة عن الكتاب : كتاب فقه السنة للشيخ السيد سابق - رحمه الله - يعد من كتب الفقه المعاصرة الجيدة، والتي تتميز بحسن التبويب، وسلاسة الأسلوب، مع البعد عن العبارات المعقدة؛ إلا أن عليه بعض الملاحظات الحديثية والمنهجية والفقهية والأصولية، وينبغي للقارئ التنبه لهذه الملاحظات قبل الشروع في قراءته، مثل الأحاديث الضعيفة، والأقوال المتعارضة، وقد ذكر الشيخ الألباني - رحمه الله - بعض الأمثلة في كتابه: "تمام المنة في التعليق على فقه السنة".
