How come my device is saying no alerts and won’t allow me to see any alerts

Worked for about 4 days then wouldn’t connect. Had to reset after deleting whole set up.  Keeps dropping in and out of WiFi. Will not delete - even though says it’s deleted but still in alerts. Instruction manual so basic but gives no troubleshooting advice and if you look up for manual there are none in English. Pretty useless

Suddenly the camera stops working. Stuck “waiting for connection”. Device doesn’t detect the SIM card so it’s completely useless.

This app always disconnects my camera. It always is losing connection. And the alerts dont show up in my app, as they should be listed. I get the notification on my phone saying I have motion alerts but then I go to view them and app says “no alerts”. Rubbish. Yeh and the ap doesnt even look like this. Cheap cheap china rubbish. No listing the alerts. Not even connecting. What a waste of money and something someone made very cheaply that doesnt even work. Where is the support to help?

This was a gift given to me and after reading the info booklet my multiple times before starting it....... it didn’t work. I checked the WiFi life it had suggested, but still nothing changed. I continued to hear “waiting for connection”.

why only 15 second’s of video recording (cloud storage).  why i can’t jump direct to the interested moment of video?? for example i want to see 3 minutes of direct hour/minute/second (HH:MM:SS)

Bought these cameras a while back and they’ve worked pretty well for a while.

At some point this year (2022) we were kicked off of our account and had to log back in and add our cameras back on to our home. Since then, they have been acting funny. 

Anytime we open the app and select a camera it shows no internet connection after about 30 seconds trying to load it, then we select the option to “Retry Connection,” and then it works after about 5-10 seconds.

Also, anytime we try to review some of the video or alerts it’ll work for a second and then when it gets to the captured motion it fails to load the recorded footage and either freezes (to a connection error) or just jumps back to live.

Hi, please update new camera software JH018 such as JH09 to more enjoy. 😍
And run online store to buy cameras and accessories such as extra batteries or solar panels of JH018 camera.

Works great so far, but it needs a power off switch.   The switch on the top only seems to reboot it and if you can’t just unplug it, because it will run on its battery.  Otherwise I like it a lot and plan to purchase a second one.
