【關於優照護】

「優照護」是全台首家居家照護預約平台，提供安全、方便、合適的本國籍有證照照服員到府服務，協助家庭更多居家照護的選擇。

不論是長輩陪伴、術後照顧、臨時照護、短期支援，或家中照顧者需要有人協助分擔，都可以透過優照護 App 搜尋並預約具照護經驗與相關資格的照護人員。

今天預約、最快明天到府；最短 3 小時即可預約，讓照護安排更彈性、更安心。

4. 預約後可透過「問問」功能與照護人員溝通照護需求。
5. 預約過程中，系統會即時發送通知，告知預約結果。
6. 內建排程表，方便管理照護時間。
7. 支援信用卡付款，不需準備現金。
8. 照護人員簽到、簽退含 GPS 紀錄，系統同步通知服務狀態。
9. 服務完成後可進行評價，累積照護品質回饋。

【注意事項】

1. 為保護用戶隱私與交易安全，優照護全程採 SSL 安全加密，保障用戶與付款資訊。
2. 為保障照護人員隱私，會員於搜尋前須先完成信用卡驗證；驗證不會扣款。
3. 為維護照護品質，目前不提供預約單一照護人員連續 24 小時照護。
4. 照服員最少服務時間為 3 小時；護理師、物理治療師、職能治療師、藝術輔療師最少服務時間為 1 小時。
5. 單一服務人員服務時數上限為 18 小時；若有 24 小時照護需求，建議安排 2 至 3 位人員輪流照顧。

每次要切換 全部的資料都要重發

另外就是 針對不同的照顧需求
需要描述的內容也不一樣

每次因為找的服務不一樣
需求就全部都要重打
更不用說換被照顧者的話 連姓名基本資料都要重打
