يهدف تطبيق المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي في الاردن الى تقديم حزمة من الخدمات الإلكترونية المتميزة للأفراد والتسهيل عليهم.
و هذه الخدمات الإلكترونية الموجّهة للأفراد متاحة لأي مؤمن عليه بعد أن يقوم بالتسجيل عبر التطبيق او الموقع الإلكتروني، وهي خدمات مصنفة حسب المنفعة، فهناك خدمات تخص المتقاعدين، حيث بإمكان المتقاعد الاستفسار عن بياناته الأساسية، ومعرفة تفاصيل رواتبه التقاعدية، أما المشتركون اختيارياً، فيمكنهم الاطلاع على بياناتهم الأساسية، ومعرفة فترات اشتراكهم، وحركات سريان الاشتراك أو إيقافه، ورواتبهم، والدفعات المترتبة على اشتراكهم الاختياري.

تكنولوجياً، حلول و مستوى خدمات و تطبيق بدائي يحاكي ما قدمه العالم قبل 10 سنوات.

تطبيق مليء بالأخطاء الفنية و الغير المفهومة، محاولة التبليغ او التواصل عبر القنوات التكنولوجية هي عبث و مضيعة للوقت، أرسلت اكثر من 30 برد إلكتروني، لم يتم الرد على واحد منهم. 

الاتصال بالهاتف تجربة اسوأ، إذا بتحكي من خارج البلد و اتصالك دولي، عادي يحطوك عالانتظار 20د و بعدين يتسكر الخط ب وجهك

تحديث البيانات فيه مشكلة، زي عدد الاشتراكات و بيانات الرواتب، بتاخذ وقت غير مفهوم و طويل لتتحدث داخل التطبيق.

Error codes غير مفهومة
عند محاولة استعمال بعض الخدمات، و لمحاولة الاستفسار عن طبيعة الخطأ او طلب استيضاح عن تاثير الطلب على منافع تأمينية أخرى، الحل الوحيد هوا الذهاب ل زيارة الفرع

التحول التقني ليس مجرد تطبيق، إنما هوا أدوات تقنية، طريقة عمل و كوادر مؤهلة

مع الأسف هذا التطبيق او لأي قطاع خاص، لا يمكن يحصل على اي مستخدم برأيي، لكن تطبيق حكومي و انعدام الخيارات تجبرك على استخدام تطبيق أراه معدوم ال UI/UX و جودة تقنية تضاهي مشاريع التخرج على احسن حال حسب وجهة نظري و تجربتي الشخصية
