## What is 我的心情日記?

我的心情日記 是本港第一個增強現實(Augmented Reality)的情緒管理親子APP。主要針對情緒理解及表達能力較弱的兒童及其父母，提倡加強情緒素養(Emotional Literacy)。透過加入新穎先進的AR手機app，利用有趣的動畫形式介紹兒童常經歷的15種正面及負面感受，有系統地讓父母成為孩子的心靈導師。
