“易小鲜”是基于物联网技术，聚焦智慧社区的高科技生鲜服务商。 通过社区智能冷柜，为社区居民提供新鲜、优质、安全、低价的生鲜产品，包括水果、蔬菜、海鲜、肉类、半成品菜、速冻食品、豆制品、乳制品等。

“易小鲜”拥有高效的信息传递和快速物流系统，实现高速、低成本、零库存的生鲜产品流转。“易小鲜”拥有上游采购团队、自有加工中心、自有冷链物流、自有冷库、自有电商平台、自有智能终端设备和营销团队形成的完整闭环。我们不懈努力，只为向用户提供无法拒绝的优质产品和服务。

消费群体：
我们的消费群体是智能柜所在小区的居民，包括白领、中年妇女、老年妇女和外籍人士。但以上群体会体现出不同的购买倾向，白领更多购买水果和方便食用的食材，中老年妇女购买蔬菜、荤菜、水果、豆制品都有，外籍人士主要购买水果鸡蛋。

具体介绍：
用户在APP下单，并在APP完成支付，后台在收到订单后将货品放到客户指定的小区货柜，并发送验证码。客户随后取货，完成销售。
