I ordered a couple of the try now 3.99 products and one of them required signature for delivery, which has never happened before. I wasn’t available to sign for the item so I requested the post office to redeliver. They have not, and the review deadline is approaching. Whenever I had issues in the past, I could submit an inquiry on 08.L app. Now that option doesn’t exist, and the customer service link redirects to a Korean website. Even with the translation option on my browser, the text on the websites it mostly Korean. ### 2/5 — No Customer Service *2023-07-22, version 2.18.62* This app used to be fun. I would have the chance to try some nice products for a good price in exchange for a review. I even won a couple of times got free product. However over the past few months I’ve had nothing but issues. Either products I purchased are coming 1-2 days before review deadline, or problems with the app itself. There used to be a way to reach out via an “Inquiry” in the app, but that functionality is gone and it takes you to a website in Korean only. I have used another app to translate and sent messages with no response. I tried contacting them via Instagram and no help either. ### 5/5 — Love this program! *2022-02-20, version 2.18.35* I recently joined this program and I absolutely love it!! I have not been selected to receive any free try products yet, but I am still very happy with how this program works and I love that you are able to read tons of reviews on products to help you decide what is best for you. I hope I get selected soon to receive some great products to try and write my own reviews on. 💕🙌🍀🙋🏼‍♀️🤞🏻 ### 4/5 — Nice app but pls vet brands *2021-12-08, version 2.18.25* This is a really good app for brands to get their products out to content creators/ end users. Do however note that some brands over inflate the price of their product. I appreciate the fact we can try and buy products and we give our reviews as to what we think about each product. I love doing the reviews and it’s especially been rewarding as an influencer whom is always needing content to post. I always have makeup & skincare products to review and post! I would really like to see this app branch out into giving us even more product opportunities as I have noticed it seems some people are getting products that I didn’t even noticed being on the board? Also, it would be nice to have the option for which language to use for the whole app so that way we can read and don’t have trouble trying to translate or go onto the website and translate through google! That’s the only complaint and that’s really not a complaint just a gesture and a helpful suggestion! I brought it to the supports attention through an inquiry (which by the way I appreciate that feature because the support team is super fast at helping you and getting right back to you about whatever it is you need) but anyways, I brought it to their attention and may as well say it here too, there is a small bug where when you click on the “check mark” next to your picture on “MY PAGE” through the APP, You click it and then it pulls up the Rewards program for a split second and exits out of the whole app. Everytime you repeat this process it keeps doing the same thing. So that’s soemthing that needs fixed for sure! And to possibly make an option where that page can be seen in English for us please.? Much love and respect to you guys at 08Liter!! I had a paid placement for ACWELL and have been waiting since the beginning of March to get paid what I was offered. After posting they stopped responding to emails and I found out the brands they had me tag on IG didn’t even know anything about the campaign. This app used to be very straightforward and there were tons of options to get items at 3.99 if you did not qualify for free. Not anymore apparently. ### 1/5 — Low Quality, demanding, waste of time *2022-07-08* This app is poorly designed. They offer very few products. I supposedly won two very inexpensive products, but both times they sent my products to the wrong address and essentially blamed it on me suggesting I put my address in wrong. They should have been able to see on the platform that I had my address entered correctly, but they never clarified that they could see my entire address. Why couldn’t they see it? I never figured it out because they immediately close your service ticket after they give you unclear information so you can’t respond. The app itself as mentioned is poorly designed beyond the aforementioned technical issue. There really is no review structure like one sees in other influencer apps. It is a very bare bones and basic app for often low quality products. They has like 1000 people applying for a few $10 Bright Crystal Versace minis at one time. Just seems really sad. I would suggest any genuine influencers stay away from this one. They have very limited offerings and poor service. They always want creators to make videos of mostly cheap products. Waste of time.
