## What is 土井善晴の和食?

こんにちは！土井善晴です。この度、「土井善晴の和食」アプリをつくりました。
今まで、書籍、雑誌、テレビ、ラジオを通じて、皆さんに日本の家庭料理をお伝えしてきていますが、加えて、スマホアプリというデバイスで、皆さんと繋がることができれば思っています。

アプリのよいところは、季節を感じたらその光景をすぐに皆さんにお伝えできることです。
暑くなってきたらから、さっぱりしたものがおいしい時期だとか、涼しくなってきたから、濃くのある料理が恋しくなる頃だとか。旬の素材を見つけたらその料理の作り方を、文字や写真だけでなく、動画・音声などいろいろな方法でお伝えすることができます。つくった料理の出来を、私自身がスマホで撮影して皆さんに解説する、というようなこともできます。 

日本の家庭料理は、「旬」がとても大切です。このアプリを通じて、日本の家庭料理を新しい形で楽しんでいただけたらと思っています。私にとっても新しい方法ですので、皆さん、長い目でお付き合いください。

●週替り旬レシピ：毎週、その季節の『旬』を感じられる土井善晴のオリジナルレシピをお届けします。

●土井通信：旬の素材をつかった料理を、動画で配信しています。素材、調理法、料理の背景など、土井善晴の話が満載の動画通信です。ＴＶやラジオ番組とは違い、手作り感覚ではありますが、土井善晴が自由に存分に語ります。

●和食読本：日本の家庭料理のすばらしさを、基本の調理法や伝統料理の背景など読み物スタイルでお届けします。

●食材・目的別にひける検索機能もあります。

●一部レシピには栄養、カロリー、塩分表示などの栄養情報が掲載されています。

一部の動画が再生されない不具合が生じているようです。
とりあえず「鶏のから揚げ」の動画が表示されません。
お試し期間内に改善されない場合は、残念ですが、削除させていただきます。

信者をなのるほどに、先生に心酔、、、料理のときには口調まで先生に。アプリのおかげで天の声が聞こえるようになりました。

検索機能が便利です。今日使わなければ野菜を丁寧に調理したい、ヒントが欲しいときに、先生のお話を聞きにアプリへたずねます。ただ、iOSのアップデートのせいなのか、強制終了になることが度々あります！また、検索になると、アプリの処理速度全般が急に落ちます。
