茶葉的品質不錯，但750元的雙層玻璃瓶「沈重、保溫效果差」，使用第一天「輕輕敲到桌子一下，內層就碎了」，外層反而沒事。

跟客服反應這個問題，客服問要不要再補寄一個給我，誰會想要再拿到這種商品？

最後他們給我3張250的折價卷，還說系統鎖定最多只能折10%，期限是4/1。

我想請問一下，誰會在一個多月買7500元的茶或其他商品？更何況我們是兩人的小家庭，之前也已經跟他們買了很多茶包，再買怎麼可能喝得完，多買也是多給他們賺。
