Какой смысл в приложении для абитуриентов,если оно не выполняет своей главной функции - подать заявление. И никогда не знаешь,какая ссылка перекинет тебя в браузер. Зачем мне смотреть на "новости" и прочую второстепенную абитуриентам историю, которая дублируется на сайте, твиттере,группе вконтакте? Если уж делаете,то делайте качественно.
