دانة دايت هو تطبيق محدث أول بأول فيه  فوائد الاعشاب أو بعض الاطعمة و محتوياتها من الفيتامينات والاملاح المعدنية الضرورية لبناء البدن أو ترميم بعض النقص وكذلك  يحتوي برنامج غذائي صحي متوازن لمدة ١٠ اسابيع يساعدكم بانقاص  وزنكم وسطيا من ٥-١٢ كغ حسب الوزن عند البدء في تطبيقه  
تجدون حاسبة سعرات حرارية لحساب احتياج الجسم حسب الوزن - العمر - الجنس - النشاط
 التطبيق مساهمة للتركيز على صحة الطعام و تخليص الجسم من السموم من خلال اتباع رجيم صحي لمدة محدودة فيها يوم اجازة كل اسبوع لتناول الطعام حسب رغباتكم بدون تحديد كمية وسيتحسن اسلوب طعامنا وضبط تناول الطعام بعد هذه الفترة ويمكن اعادة البرنامج بعد ٦ اشهر
